Everyone volunteering to work at the fields—working with the children—including coaches, assistants, concession helpers, etc must have completed a volunteer application (located on the web site), been approved by the league, and sent a picture to
volunteerbadges@aswll.com
to obtain a current year’s badge. All volunteer applications and badges are good for the calendar year only and must be renewed annually. Unfortunately, we cannot make exceptions for lost or forgotten badges—without a volunteer badge, no field access will be granted.
